PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet belt from hitting a rider on the face by detecting a slider with a slider sensor to operate a lock mechanism, and making it so as to lock winding by a power spring of a winding device, in the case of making the slider move along a guide rail to fit the sheet belt. CONSTITUTION:In the case of a slider 14 being moved from the front end to the rear end of a guide rail 12 fixed to a roof side rail 9 and a center pillar 10 and along an opening 8 to fit a sheet belt 18 to a rider on a sheet 11, when the slider 14 is detected with a slider sensor 20, a solenoid 19 of a lock device is made to operate by a slider detection signal, and a tension lock mechanism of a belt winding up device 17 is made to operate. The sheet belt 18 is made to move backward thereby, and even if a straight distance between the slider 14 and the belt winding up device 17 slowly becomes shorter, the sheet belt 18 is moved without being wound up on the belt winding up device 17, the sheet belt 18 becomes in loose state, therefore hitting of the sheet belt 18 to the rider on the face is avoided. |
