The piece of furniture comprises a seat (1) integral with a support (2, 4) and connected to a back (8) via an integrated articulation moulded en bloc. It also comprises arm-rests (14) hinged to the back and connected to the support via rack adjustment devices. According to the invention, the arm-rests (14) are connected to the back (8) by integrated articulations (16) and to the support by a clip-on rack device (21, 22), the piece of furniture then being mouldable flat as a whole.
