PURPOSE:To prevent fragrant components, etc., of foods from adsorbing on packaging containers and volatile components, etc., in packaging containers from transferring to foods, by packing foods into sealed packaging containers made of a low absorbing resin and subjecting the foods to high-pressure sterilization under liquid pressure. CONSTITUTION:Foods are packed into packaging containers comprising a low absorbing resin such as heat-sealable polyester resin having 50-150 deg.C glass transition temperature and low crystallizability, sealed and subjected to high-pressure sterilization under liquid pressure of >=1,000 atmospheric pressure. |
