PURPOSE:To obtain a readily applicable composition, capable of holding flavor of butter, having both solid properties at low temperatures and fluidity at ordinary temperature with excellent coating properties on bread, etc., and meltability in the mouth by combining the butter with sunflower oil. CONSTITUTION:A readily applicable composition is obtained by blending butter, sunflower oil and water as essential ingredients with, as desired, one or two or more additives selected from edible oils other than the sunflower oil, a seasoning such as common salt, vitamins, an emulsifying agent, dairy products other than the butter, etc. |
