PURPOSE:To realize the temperature control with quick response, by controlling heat with forecast through the detection of change in an intake temperature. CONSTITUTION:The outlet temperature of the liquid condensed with a condensor 1 is controlled to a given value by a heater 5 through a pipe 3 and a flow regulating valve 4 by means of a circulating pump 2, and the liquid is delivered to a reaction section 6, where produced gas-liquid two phase flow returns to the condensor 1. To control the temperature of the outlet of the heater 5, the temperature at the intake is detected at a detection element 15 and inputted to a microcomputer 20. The operation shown in figure is made and a prescribed control signal is outputted to a power controller, where P(t) is input energy to the heater at time (t), P(t-t1) is the input energy to the heater before t1, Ti(t-t1) is the heater input temperature before t1. The control signal is operated from the P(t). |
