PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the adhesiveness between a support and a medium layer, by providing a three-layered structure consisting of a plastic support layer, an adhesive layer and an electrophoretic medium layer (polyacrylamide gel film) containing at least one carbamoyl group. CONSTITUTION:A plastic support film and an electrophoretic medium layer (polyacrylamide gel film) are adhered by an adhesive layer formed of an amido group-containing grafted derivative of a methyl methacrylate macromonomer to form a three-layered structure. If this three-layered structure is formed, said three-layered structure becomes hard to separate even by various operations in the process for drying the electrophoretic medium layer after electrophoresis. |
