<p>PURPOSE:To obtain electromotive force in response to the rotating speed of a rotary member by connecting a plurality of electrodes so that the electromotive forces generated by the curving of a bimorphic plate caused by the rotation of the rotary member are added to each other. CONSTITUTION:In a bimorphic plate 1, monomorphic plates 1a and 1b forming a pair are stuck together so as to hold a common terminal plate 2 comprising a thin metal plate. The monomorphic plates 1a and 1b comprise piezoelectric ceramics. When the plate is curved in the thickness direction, electromotive force is generated across one-surface side and the other surface side. The polling directions of the monomorphic plates 1a and 1b are made to be the directions of arrows A and B and arrows C and D. A plurality of electrodes 3 and 4 and electrodes 5 and 6 are formed on the surface parts of the monomorphic plates 1a and 1b. The electrodes 3 - 6 are connected so that the electromotive forces which are generated by the curving of the bimorphic plate 1 caused by the rotation of a rotating member 7a are added to each other. Thus, the electromotive force in response to the rotating speed of the rotary member is obtained.</p> |
