Improvements to shores, comprising a tubular body (1) with, at the upper end, an externally threaded tube (3) on which a nut 8 is screwed and having a first part (3a) with an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the corresponding end of the body (1), and in which the latter is engaged and welded, and a second part 3b with a smaller inner diameter and in which a tubular element (5) is guided, these two parts being connected via a shoulder (4), the said tubular element (5) having holes (6) which are uniformly spaced and which are intended selectively to receive a pin (10), characterised in that the end of the tubular element opposite that provided with the support plate (7) has a limit stop (14) which, by bearing against the shoulder (4), opposes any separation of the tubular element (5) from the body (1). <IMAGE>
