PURPOSE:To effectively utilize energy by supporting a valve by a piezoelectric element and connecting the piezoelectric element to a battery through a smoothing circuit and a charge accumulator circuit. CONSTITUTION:When operating oil from an extension port 9 of a piston 3 acts on an extension side clamping valve 11 or when operating oil from a pressure port 18 of a body 16 acts on a pressing side clamping valve 20, distortion is generated by each piezoelectric element 12, 21 when it receives a compression load corresponding to a product(AxP) of a pressure receiving area A of each valve 11, 20 and a pressure P, and vibratory energy is converted into electrical energy by pulsation voltage by generating an electric charge in accordance with the pressure P by this distortion. The above-mentioned pulsation voltage is applied respectively to a smoothing circuit 35 and a charge accumulator circuit 36 through lead wires 13, 23, smoothed(changed into DC) and accumulated in charge voltage to contrive recovery of energy. |
