PURPOSE:To execute synchronizing operation for plural waveform generators with a simple operation by devising the generator set to the master mode such that the generator gives a clock, a trigger and an output control signal whose proper time relation is warranted to the inside of the generator and the outside of the generator. CONSTITUTION:A clock generating section 4, a trigger generating section 8 and an output control signal generating section 11 of a master generator 21 generate respectively a clock CLK, a trigger TRIG and an output control signal R/S whose proper time relation is warranted and suitable for the waveform output according to the control of a control section 17 and give them to each section in the inside of the generator and output terminals 7,10,13. On the other hand, slave generators 22,23 receive the clock CLK, the trigger TRIG and the output control signal R/S whose proper time relation is warranted and suitable for the waveform from the master generator 21 and give them to each section of the inside of the generators. Thus, the synchronizing operation of plural sets of the waveform generators is implemented with a simple operation without use of a special controller. |
