PURPOSE:To disuse heat treatment in a high temperature in manufacturing by composing a bismuth series compound conductive material of a composition shown by a formula=BaalphaSrbetaCagammaBadeltaOx (in the formula, alpha, beta, gamma, delta and x are respectively molar numbers of elements). CONSTITUTION:A bismuth series compound conductive material is a composition shown by a formula=BialphaSrbetaCagammaBadeltaOx (in formula, alpha, beta, gamma, delta and x express respectively molar numbers of elements and they are set to 0.1<=alpha<=1.0, 0.0<=beta<=1.0, 0.0<=gamma<=1.0, 0.0<=delta<=1.0). And the manufacture of a bismuth series compound conductive material is performed by electrodepositing a crystalline Bi series compound conductive material on an anode by an electrochemical method in a temperature between 10-100 deg.C using a high alkaline aqueous solution containing bismuth and at least one kind selected element or more out of a group formed of bismuth, strontium, calcium, barium and copper compound. |
