PURPOSE: To fix an outboard motor to a transverse beam of a boat with certainty by terminating a plurality of arms extended from a center projection through which a penetration is formed as external projections, and forming through-holes on the respective external projections in an attaching bracket of the outboard motor. CONSTITUTION: Surfaces of an arm 22 of a center projection 21 of an attaching bracket 20 is a little spaced from a surface of an external projection 23. All the external projection 23 can be brought into contact with a transverse beam 18 even when it has unevenness. In the case that the attaching bracket 20 is attached and a screw 19 is fastened, the center projection 21 is pressurized against the transverse beam 18, so that the external projections 23 are brought into contact with the transverse beam 18. The attaching bracket can thus be held at a proper position with certainty. |
