摘要 New 4-chloroxazole-2-carbaldehyde hydrazone derivs. are of formula (I) where A = a linear or cyclic substd. hydrazone gp. of formula (IIA) or (IIB), where R 1 and R4 = phenyl, opt. with 1-4C alkoxy or halogen substit(s).; R2 and R3 = 1-6C alkyl or phenyl, opt. substd. by 1-4C alkoxy or halogen; or R2 + R3 = -(CH2)n-; n = 4-6; R5 = phenyl, opt. with 1-4C alkoxy, di-1-4C-alkylamino, pyrrolidin-1-yl, piperidin-1-ylor morpholin-4-yl substit(s). (I) are prepd. by reacting a 4-chloroxazole deriv. (III) contg. carbonyl gps. with a substd. hydrazine in an inert solvent in the presence of excess base at ca. 60-100 deg. C and isolating and purifying the reaction prod. (III) pref. is a 4-chloroxazole-2-carbaldehyde, which is reacted at 60-80 deg. C (giving (I) with a (IIA) substit.); or an alpha, beta-unsatd. ketone, which is reacted at 70-100 deg. C (giving (I) with a (IIB) substit.).
