<p>The invention relates to a sterilizer comprising various tube-like lamps extending parallel to each other and emitting ultraviolet radiation during operation. The lamps are arranged in protective tubes surrounding said lamps. The tubes extend in a vertical direction between a closed bottom plate and an upper plate forming the bottom of a box extending in an upward direction from said upper plate.
