An electrical connector device comprises an insulating base (1) having a projecting wall (5). Narrow conducting strips (6) are inserted in slits (5a) formed in the projecting wall (5). A tubular member or cylinder (11) is provided with an opening (8) through which bent pieces (7) formed from said narrow conducting strips (6) are arranged to pass. The cylinder (11) is fixed at the position where it slides on the top of the insulating base (1) to make contact with the projecting wall (5), for example, by locking projections (3) and a resilient locking piece (4) engaging with side pieces (9) and a locking edge (not shown) respectively. An engaging member (not shown) is inserted into the cylinder (11) to make electrical connection with the bent pieces (7) of the conducting strips (6). <IMAGE>
