PURPOSE:To regularly evade the occurrence of the same fault at the same position in a control storage section after the control storage section makes the next writing by changing evading information for a fixed fault evading processing of the control storage section by directly reflecting the change in an original information storing section. CONSTITUTION:When fault evading information is stored in a control storage substituting area 14 provided in a control storage section 3 and fault evading is performed by using the fault evading information for a fixed fault in the section 3, an original information substitution area 11 is provided in an original information storing section 1. The fault evading information stored in the area 14 of the control storage section 3 is written in the area 11 of the section 1 and, at the time of writing in the section 3 from the next time, the fault evading information in the original information substitution area 11 is written in the control storage substitution area 14 of the control storage section 3 in addition to the writing of original information in the original information storing section 3. Therefore, the need of repetition of the evading process to the same fault at the same position in the section 3 can be eliminated and the storage fault evading process can be performed efficiently. |
