发明名称 INJECTION MOLDING METHOD OF CERAMIC FERRULE FOR OPTICAL CONNECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To form the ceramics ferrule having excellent transferability, shrinkage rate ratio, out-of-roundness, and release property by specifying the injection pressure at the time of injection molding of the ceramics ferrule constituting an optical connector, the viscosity of a ceramics compd., pressure holding time, and holding pressure. CONSTITUTION:The injection pressure is specified to 900 to 1800kg/cm<2>, the viscosity of the ceramics compd. to 50000 to 150000cps, the pressure holding time to 0.5 to 5 seconds, and the holding pressure to 180 to 800kg/cm<2> as the conditions of injection molding of the ceramics ferrule for the optical connector. The injection pressure, the viscosity of the ceramics compd. and the pressure holding time, and the holding pressure are controlled to prescribed ranges. The ferrule having the excellent transferability, shrinkage rate ratio, out-of- roundness, and release property is molded in this way.
