发明名称 SOLID ELECTROLYTE FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a pneumatic electrode film which is good in adhesion between films and high in conductivity of a film itself by increasing a mixing ratio of LaMnO3 perovskite oxide of respective layers in a multi-layer film from a side of electrolyte toward an outer side. CONSTITUTION:Air electrode films C1 to C3 are constituted of several layers wherein amounts of LaMnO3 peroskite oxide and YSZ are varied. The pneumatic electrode film on the side of an electrolytic film is closed to the electrolytic film in a coefficeint of thermal expansion and small in an amount of LaMnO3 perovskite oxide with improvement of adhesion taken into consideration. More consideration is given to conductivity and catalystic ability in the outer film, so that a large amount of single LaMnO3 perovskite oxide or the oxide with YSZ added is used. It is desirable to form pneumatic electrode films by laminating several layers of the films wherein an amount of LaMnO3 pervoskite oxide is gradually increased from the side of the electrolytic film toward the outer side. As a result, a solid electrolyte fuel cell which is free from peeling between layers and cracks and has high conductivity can be obtained.
