A mobile phone having a function of a remote starter for a car is provided to remove the user inconvenience of carrying both a mobile phone and a remote starter around. When a remote starting-available mobile phone and an existing mobile phone are utilized, a mobile phone button and a remote starter button are commonly used in a multi-manner, and a function of software of the existing mobile phone are upgraded to display a remote starting state on a screen of the mobile phone. When the existing mobile phone is utilized, only basic software related to remote starting is upgraded in the mobile phone, and an external memory and a removable user identity module card are used as necessary to use a remote starting function.
