The device comprises two storage chambers (A, B), one for each of the two components, which can be linked by piercing a closing disk (4) which separates them at first. Said chambers (A, B) consist of two interlocking and mutually slidable cylindrical tubes (1, 5), one of which (1) comprises a closed end and is provided near its other end with said pierceable disk (4). The other cylindrical chamber (5) also comprises a closed end but its other end (6) is open and includes a bevelled edge (7) for piercing the disk (4) when the said chambers are pushed together. The two chambers (A, B) can therefore be linked by a simple gesture to mix the components together or to dissolve them as and when they are needed.
