A PREPARING METHOD FOR THE DRAWING MAT FILM

The matt film for drawing is produced by adding the matt agent, and fully dispersing; and coating the matt agent on one or both sides of the plastic film, with 3-10 μm, and drying at 100-180 deg.C for 1-2 min.; and ageing at 40-70 deg.C for 2 days. The matt agent comprises thermosetting polyurethane resin comprising polyol resin and polyisocyanate, two kind of silicas of different oil containing amt., titanium dioxide. The mixt. of two kind of silicas consists of 1/0.2 - 1/5 wt. pts of silica contg. below 100 ml/100 g oil and silica contg. more 200 ml/100 g oil.
