PURPOSE:To practically enable the combination of a method in which a bladder is retracted and accommodated into an inner cylinder while it is expanded and a method in which the bladder is folded into two so as to be retracted and accommodated into the inner cylinder by enabling the position of a post cylinder to be detected in a central mechanism for a tire vulcanizing machine having the post cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Into the inner peripheral surface of an inner cylinder 9, one lower ring 10 of a clamp ring for grasping the lower opened end of a bladder B is slidably inserted, and further, into the inner peripheral surface thereof, an upper ring 11 is inserted slidably and, to the lower end of a lower pipe-shaped part 11a of the upper ring 11, a post cylinder 17 is attached and the rod thereof is secured by a screw to the lower end of a post 12 that is fixed with the bladder 12. Onto the appropriate position out of the central mechanism, a subcylinder 29 is fixed in which a positional detecting mechanism 30 is fabricated to the rod and, by a liquid pressure piping that is attached with the original point correcting circuit 34 of the subcylinder, it is connected to the post cylinder in series. The elevating stroke of the post and coming in and out stroke of the rod of the subcylinder move in constant relation and, by detecting the coming in and out stroke of the rod of the subcylinder, the elevating stroke of the post can be recognized. |
