RUBBER COMPOSITION IMPROVED IN TACKINESS IN UNVULCANIZATION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject rubber composition excellent in early stability of tack with small temperature dependence of the tack by blending a rubber component composed of natural rubber and a (non)conjugated diene-based rubber with a prescribed amount of specific paraffin wax. CONSTITUTION:The objective rubber composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. rubber component composed of natural rubber, diene-based rubber such as polybutadiene rubber and/or a nonconjugated diene-based rubber such as ethylene-propylene-diene-based terpolymer rubber with (B) 0.001-1.5 pts.wt. paraffin wax, containing >=50wt.% n-paraffin and having <=4.0 value obtained by dividing the chart area for the number of carbon atoms indicating the maximum count number within the range of 24-44C by the chart area for the number of carbon atoms showing the minimum count number in a wax analysis chart by gas chromatography.
