METHOD FOR PURIFYING OF C DOWN 4- HYDROCARBON FRACTIONS, CONTAINING BUTENE-1, FROM PROPADYENE AND BUTADYENE

The method ensures a high level of C4-fraction purificationfrom diolephyne hydrocarbons at insignificant losses of buten-1. It consists in the following. The C4-hydrocarbon fraction, containing from 10 to 40% mass buten-1, is treated in a liquid phase with hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst palladium (0.10 to 0.80% weights), layered onto Al2O3 at absolute pressure 0.8 - 2.0 MPa and temperature between 298 to 323 degrees K. The selective hydration is implemented in two consecutive stages. The first stage at mol proportion of hydrogen to a sum of diolephynes 0.6 to 0.9 and the volume of speed between 12 to 40 hours<-1>, the hydration is limited to a mol proportion buten-1 to a sum of diolephynes from 55 to 70. During the second stage, in a content of carbon oxide in the hydrating hydrogen 1.0-20.0 mg/kg, mol proportion of hydrogen to a sum of diolephynes 1.0-1.8 and a volumetric speed 4.0-10.0 per hour<-1>, hydration is carried out to residual content of propadium and butadium from 5 to 50 mg/kg, while the loss of buten-1 is between 0.1 to 0.5% weight.
