A system and a method for maintenance of a structure using endoscopy are provided to perform diagnosis, repair, and reinforcement for cracks or joint sections of structures. A system for maintenance of a structure using endoscopy includes a photographing unit(200), a display(300), a crack diagnosis unit(400), a grout injection unit(500), and a controller(600). The photographing unit photographs inside of the crack(10) with an endoscope. The display shows a signal value output from the photographing unit. The crack diagnosis unit calculates volume of the crack using photographed path of the crack. The grout injection unit injects grout as much as the volume calculated by the diagnosis unit. The controller controls the photographing unit, the display, the crack diagnosis unit, and the grout injection unit.
