<p>PURPOSE:To secure a tooling program support system that is able to obtain proper tooling program information by changing tool information, where a tool necessary for a program and its programming timing are operated and stored, as such already programmed at each programming timing, and commanding the tool necessary for the program and the programming timing. CONSTITUTION:A first storage means 3, first of all, stores tool information being attached to a magazine at time of the machining start of a numerically controlled machine tool, a second storage means 4 stores a machining schedule inclusive of work sequence and machining time of the NC machine, and a third storage means 5 stores the tool information to be used by a work part subject to the machining schedule. An operating means 6 operates a tool necessary for a program and its programming timing on the basis of these of first, second and third storage means 3, 4 and 5, and the result is changed as such already programmed at each programming timing by the first storage means 3. A tooling program command means 7 commands the tool necessary for the program and its programming timing on the basis of the operated result of the operating means 6.</p> |
