<p>PURPOSE:To construct a rack takeout device with which rack can be stopped on the way of rail easily, by furnishing No.2 roller for placing and transport of the rack near an opening on the extension of the rail, and forming No.1 stopper detained with this roller and also No.2 stopper to detain the rear part in the condition that the rack front is placed on the floor. CONSTITUTION:A rack 4 travels on the oversurface of No.2 roller 10 while No.1 roller 14 moves a rail 6, and now the rack 4 is ready for intruding or taking out as fore-and-aft motion. To stop the rack 4 on the way for checking the liquid in a battery 12, it can be done by detaining No.1 stopper 16 with the No.2 roller 10. To replace battery 12, the rack 4 is further drawn out, and the rack front 4a is placed on the floor while No.2 stopper 17 is detained with the No.2 roller 10, and the work can be done with the whole rack 4 inclined. Thus the rack can be stopped on the way of the rail easily to permit simple operation of maintenance and inspection of objects placed on the rack. Even though the rack front is placed on the floor, the rack is free from fear of separating from the apparatus body because the rear part remains in detention with the No.2 roller.</p> |
