<p>PURPOSE:To obtain ink for a color filter which can provide, by a simplified procedure, a color filter which is improved in color purity and reliability by dissolving a specific polymer and an azide compound in a solvent, and dispersing therein a colored pigment. CONSTITUTION:In a photosensitive resin composition obtained by dissolving a polymer consisting mainly of structural units of the formula (wherein R1 and R2 each represent H, CH3 or C2H5; X represents NH or O; and (m) is 1 to 4) and an azide compound in a solvent, a colored pigment is dispersed to obtain ink. The polymer of the formula can be prepared readily by homopolymerizing or copolymerizing, as a major component, a compound which is obtained by subjecting a hydroxy(meth)acrylate or hydroxy(meth)acrylamide and cyclohexanedicarboxylic anhydride to a ring opening addition reaction. The polymerization may be, for example, a radical polymerization.</p> |
