摘要 The stabilisation of the filter curve medium wavelength of a controllable optical resonator is used for measuring and regulating the wavelength of semiconductor lasers. The coherent, linearly polarised optical wave (8) of the laser is impinged into the resonator (1) at an angle, deviating from the polarisation main axis such that both possible polarisation states appear. To the control electrodes (6,7) of the resonator is applied a modulation voltage (UMOD) as a rectangular voltage, or a constant biasing voltage, as well as an additional voltage applied periodically. It is of such a value that the filter curve medium wavelength of the resonator is at a polarisation mode of the resonator. The higher voltage value is such that the wavelegnth wavelength responds to the other polarisation mode.
