PURPOSE:To plot a heavy line by connecting respective dots to form two adjacent sides in a square by a dot matrix with segment information. CONSTITUTION:Dots used as the locus of the straight line plotting of a computer graphic are formed with a dot matrix (A to I) of 3 X 3. A heavy line is plotted by connecting the respective dots (A, B, C) and (C, F, I) to form two adjacent sides in a square with segment information. Since the dot C is duplicate among the respective dots, the number of the dots and segments is five. When they are connected with the segment information, they become the heavy line. Thus, it is possible that the same dot is duplicated, however it is far less than that the whole square is applied to the segment information, high speed processing is attained and it becomes efficient. |
