PURPOSE:To improve resolution of an output image without respect of the rotating speed of a motor by generating interrupts at both the falling and rising edges of an encoder signal if it is slower than a predetermined speed, and controlling the motor at a constant speed so that the interrupt period of the signal becomes constant. CONSTITUTION:Various rollers convey a photosensitive recording medium, and are driven by a motor. An encoder signal from an encoder provided on a motor shaft is sent to control means. The means generates interrupts at both falling and rising edges of the signal if the rotating speed of the motor is slower than a predetermined speed, and controls the motor at a constant speed so that the interrupt period of the signal becomes constant. Thus, a photosensitive recording medium is conveyed at an equal speed. |
