摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title pharmaceutical preparation capable of producing an useful substance such as cytokine by reacting with a blood cell and free from fear of elution and free from toxicity even if elution occurs by fixing gluconic acid with an amide linkage on the surface of insoluble carrier. CONSTITUTION:The aimed pharmaceutical preparation in which gluconic acid is fixed with an amide lincage on the surface of an insoluble carrier. The preparation is e.g. obtained by adding the insoluble carrier to a mixed solution of gluconic acid and carbodiimide. Furthermore, a carrier in which an amino methyl group is introduced onto the surface of molded article of a vinyl polymer consisting essentially of (alpha-methyl) styrene is preferable as the insoluble carrier, because the carrier has high light permeability and is capable of readily handling.
