The device for saving the detergent or water, has a small washing tub for a small quantity of laundry, detachably attached to a pulsator on two-tub type washing machine. The device comprises a small washing tub (5) at the bottom plate (3) provided with a pulsator (4); a shaft case (8) with a hole (8a) at the bottom plate (5b); a shaft (12) rotated in the hole (8a); a cylindrical packing (13), between the plate (5b) and the case (8), having an upper inserted support-plate (14); a small pulsator (6) fixed on the shaft (12) having a rotary vane (7) with a rib (7a); a latch slot (4a) formed on the pulsator (4) and combined with the rib (7a).
