PURPOSE:To simply and deliciously cook various food without necessitating a skilled technique by storing in advance the operation data of satisfactory cooking stored in a teaching mode, and controlling heating power and pressure of a pressure cooker by a control means, based on its operation data. CONSTITUTION:To the bottom part of a pressure cooker 11, a drain tube 13 is connected, and on the drain tube 13, the drain valve 14 of an electromagnetic type is provided. On the upper part (cover part) of the pressure cooker 11, a pressure gauge 18 is provided, and a pressure sensor 19 for outputting a voltage signal corresponding to pressure in the cooker is attached. A control part is constituted of a microcomputer as a principal part, and its CPU 30 executes each control mode such as an automatic operation mode, a teaching mode, a change mode, etc., based on program data stored in a ROM 31 in advance, and executes cooking of food and a control processing required therefore. In such a manner, since cooking is executed automatically, various food can be cooked simply and deliciously without necessitating the skilled technique. |
