PURPOSE:To execute the control of a screen display at the time of macro- execution by installing a screen display control part in a macro-function control part. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a macro-function control part 2 containing a macro-definition managing part 3, a macro-execution control part 4 and a screen display control part 5, the macro-definition managing part 3 has a defining means for automatic execution to a spread sheet 1, and the macro-execution control part 4 has a means for executing the defined macro. Also, the screen display control part 5 has a means for controlling the display of a result of execution at the time of macro-execution, and moreover, the macro-function control part 2 is provided with a means for controlling the display of a result of execution at the time of macro-execution of a calculation of the spread and data copy. In such a way, by the screen display control part, the screen control macro defined by macro-language is executed, whether the display of a result of execution to the screen exists or not is designated, and a result on the way and a final result of the processing can be displayed selectively. |
