PURPOSE:To prevent defective insertion of components so as to improve workability by chucking lead terminal legs of the components by a chucking holder so as to surely insert them into terminal insertion holes of a printed board. CONSTITUTION:Insertion components 2 go down while a body part thereof is chucked by insertion terminals 1. Interlocking in this going-down action, the body up and down cylinder 11 rises while a base plate 10 and a holder guide 7 also rise. When the upper surface of the holder guide 7 adheres closely of the back of a printed board 5 to be stopped, and simultaneously a chucking holder up and down plate cylinder 9 rises. The components 2 having lead terminal legs 3 wrapped up in the chucking holder 6 also simultaneously goes down by means of the insertion terminals 1, and the chucking holders 6 pass through the terminal insertion holes 4 to return to the lower limit. The lead terminal legs 3 are inserted into the terminal insertion holes 4 of the printed board 5. |
