<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the presence of matching joints of a thermal insulating material by forming a lightweight concrete or an inorganic plastic thermal insulating material and an armoring material integrally on the peripheral surface of a thermal insulating processed body. CONSTITUTION:On the peripheral surface of an thermal insulating processed body 2, a unitary structure of thermal insulating layer 4 which consists of a light weight concrete using foaming plastic particles as a lightweight material is formed, and its peripheral surface is covered by an armoring body 5 which consists of a metal, a plastic, or the like. Or in the other way, on the peripheral surface of the thermal insulating processed body 2, an inorganic plastic thermal insulating material 6 is fixed by using an adhesive, wires, or the like, and on its peripheral surface, a lightweight concrete 3 is formed integrally. As a result, however complicated the form of the thermal insulating processed body 2 is, the matching joints of the thermal insulating material which make a serious defect on the thermal insulating function can be eliminated perfectly.</p> |
