<p>PURPOSE:To make each film suitable for PP direct laminate processing by first printing film or a sheet coated with a specific material using a printing ink compound containing a specifically modified chlorinated polypropyrene and laminating the printed film or sheet with the molten polypropyrene. CONSTITUTION:printing ink contains modified polypropyrene consisting of polyurethane having the molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000 and chlorinated polypropyrene having the molecular weight of 5,000 to 50,000 and the chlorination rate of 25 to 60 which are bonded by the A-X coupling as shown by formula I. The film or sheet coated with polyester, nylon, cellophane or polyvinylidene chloride are printed using said printing ink, and laminated with molten polypropyrene.</p> |
