PURPOSE:To obtain the focus position adjusting device which is small in size and light in weight, is low in electric power consumption, allows remote control and does not require lubricants by providing a horizontal base plate, a horizontal moving member and a vertical moving member. CONSTITUTION:This device has the horizontal base plate 5 and the horizontal moving member 6 which has 1st and 2nd planes each having an L-shaped section and intersecting orthogonally with each other, brings the 1st plane into contact with the plane in the upper part of the horizontal base plate 5, and is movable along the plane in the upper part of the horizontal base plate 5. The device has also the vertical moving member 8 which is in contact with the 2nd plane possessed by the horizontal moving member 6 and is movable along the 2nd plane. The focus position adjusting device which is smaller in size and lighter in weight than a focus position adjusting device to be operated manually or by using a motor, is low in the electric power consumption, allows the remote control and does not require the lubricants is obtd. in this way. An image pickup device using the focus position adjusting device which is usable by being mounted on an artificial satellite is attained. |
