There is described a display terminal for a videophone, comprising a movable component provided with a handset and a video camera. The movable component is mounted by a shaft on a base. A detector accommodated in the base detects a ringing signal or an off-hook state of the handset to output a detection signal. A driving mechanism accommodated in the base rotates the shaft in response to the detection signal. |
