摘要 PURPOSE:To make an easy recognition by a chip mounter machine by forming dotlike recognition marks corresponding to the ranks of raw material boards at positions which are on the diagonal lines passing the central points of the above-mentioned raw material boards and whose distances from the central points of the raw material boards are equal, in the surrounding margins of the raw material boards, simultaneously at the time of forming printed wirings. CONSTITUTION:A raw material board l is classified into one of nine ranks A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 by measuring its length L and width W. Meanwhile, nine screen sheets with printed wiring patterns formed are prepared so as to be capable of corresponding to the nine ranks, and a printed wiring 9 is screen-printed on the surface of each board 2 of the raw material board l, corresponding to each rank A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3 by these nine screen sheets. Then, this raw material board l is supplied to a chip mounter machine capable of visual recognition, and all sorts of parts 10 are mounted automatically at specified positions of each board 2 of the above-mentioned raw material board 1.
