PURPOSE:To improve the appearance quality by forming a terminal of a seal lip provided at a welt main body provided at the aperture of a door resiliently in contact with the door to be bent toward the aperture, and putting it between a base end part of the welt main body and a base end part of a weather strip. CONSTITUTION:For an automobile employing a sashless door, a weather strip 3 is disposed at an aperture part 1 of a door positioned above a door waist to be resiliently in contact with a window panel of the door, and a welt seal W is installed along an aperture edge 4 of the door at the aperture 1 of the door positioned under the door waist. The welt seal W is composed of a welt main body 8 and a seal lip 10, and the seal lip 10 is cut at a branch point part between the welt main body 8 and the weather strip 3 perpendicularly to the length, where a terminal 10a of the seal lip 10 is bent toward the door aperture 1, with its forward end part put between a base end part 8a of the welt main body 8 and a retainer 5 for holding a base end part 3a of the weather strip 3. |
