<p>PURPOSE:To remove a pulsating component by the heat exchange due to a resistor and to dispense with a smoothing condenser by making the voltage across both terminals of the Zener diode of a DC voltage stabilizing circuit constant. CONSTITUTION:A stabilizing circuit 4 consists of a resistor 8 and a Zener diode 9 connected in series and the Zener diode 9 is inversely biased by DC voltage ER and the amplitudes of induced voltages ea, eb, ec are appropriately set so that the voltage EO across both terminals of the Zener diode 9 is fixed to a predetermined value equal to Zener voltage even when a backward current I is changed by the pulsation of the DC voltage ER to make the amplitude of the DC voltage ER higher than the Zener voltage of the Zener diode 9. The current I flowing to the resistor 8 to become the backward current of the Zener diode 9 becomes I=(ER-EO)/R but this current 1 is pulsated and the amplitude of the DC voltage ER or the resistance value R of the resistor 8 is set so that the voltage EO across both terminals of the Zener diode 9 becomes constant Zener voltage even with respect to the pulsation of the current I. The current I is removed by the heat exchange due to the resistor 8 and no pulsation appears in the voltage EO across both terminals of the Zener diode 9.</p> |
