PURPOSE:To provide an ink recording medium capable of forming independent conductor patterns of high accuracy by a reduced number of processes without using dangerous chemicals by successively forming independent conductor patterns to one surface of a heating resistor film composed of a binder resin having a conductive powder dispersed therein and subsequently providing a conductive layer, an ink release layer and a heat-meltable ink layer to the other surface thereof is succession. CONSTITUTION:As a substrate, a heating resistor film 2 composed of a binder resin having a conductive powder dispersed therein is used and, at first, a photosensitive resist film 6 is formed to one surface thereof by coating and, next, fine independent patterns are applied on the formed photosensitive resist film 6 to expose the resist film 6. Subsequently, the exposed photosensitive resist film 6 is developed to remove the photosensitive resist film 6 at the fine independent pattern parts and the resist film 6a other than the fine independent pattern parts is left as a resist image on the heating resistor film. A conductive film is uniformly formed to the entire surface of the heating resistor layer of the formed resist image and, subsequently, the conductive film 9 on the resist film 6 is removed along with the resist film 6. Next, a conductive layer 3, an ink release layer 4 and a meltable ink layer 5 are successively formed to the other surface of the heating resistor film. |
