An apparatus for developing a dialysate comprises a chamber (28) passed through by a liquid; an electric radiator (30) housed in this chamber; a first temperature detector (19) which detects the temperature of the liquid before its entry into the chamber (28) and delivers input temperature signals; and a control unit (26) receiving the said signals and controlling an operational cycle of the said radiator (30) in response to these signals.
