Air-water cleaning jet control during dental treatment

The unit includes a microprocessor connected to a pedal (14) that controls a hand-instrument for delivering an air jet. The instrument has three ducts. One of the ducts, provided with a heating component supplies hot air. The other two are used for air-water mixture at ambient temperature and a beam of light, respectively. On its surface, the pedal is provided with two switches (15,16) that can be actuated simultaneously with the pedal rotation along two opposite directions (I,II), respectively. One of the switches (15) and the associated rotation control the air jet projection while the other controls the air-water mixture flow.
