an anode electrode disposed in a pixel region, on a substrate; a bank adjacent to an edge of the anode electrode, on the substrate, to define the pixel region; a hole injection layer on the anode electrode, to be separated from a sidewall of the bank by a first distance; a lyophobic coating covering at least a portion of the first distance between the hole injection layer and the sidewall of the bank; a hole transport layer and an emissive layer sequentially disposed on the hole injection layer, in the pixel region; and a cathode electrode disposed on the emissive layer. |
