PURPOSE:To realize a thin card feeding device of card reader by using a piezoelectric ceramic disc as drive source, sandwiching the side of a card by utilizing displacement which occurs on its outer peripheral face, and moving the card owing to rotational movement. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of elastic bodies 14, 15 are inserted in the outer peripheral face of piezoelectric ceramic discs 10, 11 via rotors 12, 13. These elastic bodies 14, 15 are rotated together with the rotors owing to voltage to be applied on piezoelectric ceramic, and the plural number of elastic bodies 14, 15 contact with the side which opposes to a card 16. The card 16 is moved due to rotation of these elastic bodies 14, 15. |
