PURPOSE:To supply a cable with small tension without straining the cable nor causing any winding disorder on a reel by providing a wide contact member which comes into contact with an elastic force in a radial direction of the reel. CONSTITUTION:The reel 2 wound with the cable 1 is supported rotatably on a rotary shaft 3, and a pressure plate is supported on a reel guard 6 which holds the reel formed arcuately to width with which the cable 1 wound around the reel 2 can be pressed to its overall width, but the shape and width can properly be designed. Then a pressure spring 5 is provided so as to press the pressure plate 4 against the surface where the cable is wound with a proper pressing force. Plural pressure springs 5 are provided along the generating line of the reel guard and apply uniform forces in the width direction of the reel. Consequently, the excessive length of the cable at the time of unwinding is suppressed at a floating part between the pressure plate 4 and reel 2 and the part wound around the reel is floated or applied with proper back tension to unwind the cable without slackening the cable where the cable is wound around the reel because the excessive length is formed. |
