PURPOSE:To allow a master station to control a slave station in a busy state by sending a signal not in the audio band with a same carrier as a transmission carrier of the slave station in a busy state from the master station for the OFF period of the transmission carrier. CONSTITUTION:A connection request received by a master station 3 is demodulated by a MODEM 36, the demodulated signal is sent to a control section 31, which decides lines used by slave stations 1, 2, and the frequency is shifted to a transmission/reception frequency at a satellite link 14. When a request of any control such as forced termination of a talking takes place in the master station 3 for the slave station 1, 2 while the slave stations 1, 2 are busy, the master station 3 confirms the OFF of a transmission carrier of the satellite link 14 through the monitor of an output of an out-of-audio band signal receiver 34, the control section 31 controls an out-of-audio band signal oscillator 32 to allow a MODEM 33 to send an out-of-audio band signal 13 whose content is a talking end command to the slave stations 1, 2 in a same carrier as that of the satellite link 14. |
